The Governor of Minnesota Mark Dayton, is pushing his agenda to try and limit and possibly cease the import of very cheap and from the federal level highly subsidized Chinese steel. The import of this steel as per the claim of the governor is responsible for the loss of up to a full thirty percent of steel workers inside of the United States. Governor Dayton has plans to appeal his position to other state Governors during his upcoming trip to Washing D.C. So far the Governor of Minnesota has conversed with the Governor from Iowa Terry Branstad and is showing no signs of stopping there. Governor Dayton plans to try to get President Obama to side with him as well.
